Ownership
The Physical I/O name, logo, original brand artwork, brand guidelines and community culture book belong to PHYSICAL IO STUDIO LTD, subject to third-party rights and licences. All rights are reserved except for the permissions stated below or otherwise agreed in writing. Downloading material does not transfer ownership or grant authority to represent the Studio.
Permitted use
The Studio grants a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to use the supplied Physical I/O marks and artwork to identify and accurately describe Physical I/O, its community and its events, following the brand guidelines. You may read and share the culture book unchanged with attribution to Physical I/O and with this notice retained. For other uses, obtain written permission from the Studio before proceeding.
Protect the identity
Keep artwork in its original proportions and retain copyright and attribution notices. Do not claim ownership, register confusingly similar marks, sell or sublicense the brand assets, use them on merchandise, or imply an unagreed endorsement, partnership or official role. Material alterations, co-branding and uses outside the permission above require prior written approval. Share the official brand-kit link rather than repackaging the assets as your own resource.
Third-party materials and fonts
Third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Manrope is supplied under the SIL Open Font License included in the ZIP. Its licence governs use, modification and redistribution of that font; the brand restrictions on this page do not replace or narrow the font licence. No permission is granted over a third party’s name, image, work or other rights beyond its applicable licence.
Other rights and agreements
These permissions do not limit uses allowed by applicable law or override a separate written agreement with the Studio. Admin access does not itself enlarge these permissions. Reading the culture book does not sign community terms, create an appointment or grant spending or contracting authority.
