Purpose and eligibility

Membership is for people with a genuine interest in the community's themes, shared curiosity and respectful participation. People need not have a particular job title, employer, investment status or level of expertise. Apply the current published signup requirements consistently; do not invent additional eligibility conditions privately.

Shared values mean curiosity, generosity, care for others and willingness to engage respectfully. They do not require identical opinions. No purchase, recruitment relationship, introduction or unpaid contribution is required.

Application and approval

Applicants use the official signup process and complete any required verification. An authorised Admin may approve an ordinary application against these criteria using their recorded portal permission. Record a brief factual reason when a decision needs explanation; avoid speculative sensitive information.

Do not approve your own application or bypass verification. Refer a material personal or commercial conflict to another authorised reviewer. Membership approval does not confer Admin, Lead or company authority and is not marketing consent.

Uncertain or adverse decisions

Refer unclear applications, suspected abuse and safeguarding concerns to the Lead or Director. Explain an adverse decision and provide a route to request reconsideration, subject to proportionate privacy and safety restrictions. A reviewer must not decide their own complaint or appeal.

Removal or suspension uses the Community Terms' fair process. An urgent restriction must be proportionate, recorded and reviewed. Leaving an administrative role does not automatically end ordinary membership.
